Heart Attack Prediction System

  • Duration: July 2021 – April 2022
  • Technologies: Arduino · Python · EmailJS API
  • Demo: Project Presentation

Project Overview
The Heart Attack Prediction System is a wearable health monitoring solution that detects abnormal cardiac frequency to predict potential heart attacks. It uses an Arduino-based sensor integrated into a smart watch to track real-time heart data. When anomalies are detected, the system sends instant alerts to nearby hospitals and designated family members via the EmailJS API.

Key Features

  • Continuous cardiac frequency monitoring via wearable device
  • Automated email alerts to emergency contacts and hospitals
  • Speaker integration to deliver audible life-saving instructions
  • Python-based logic for anomaly detection and communication triggers
  • Easy-to-use and portable for elderly or at-risk individuals

Impact
This project provides a cost-effective and accessible solution to early heart attack detection, potentially saving lives through timely alerts and instructions. It reflects the integration of IoT, healthcare, and real-time data analytics.
